Serviced Apartments

A serviced apartment is nothing but a kind of private accommodation which can be owned on rent for a day, month or for a year as well. However, serviced apartments are specifically created and designed for people who travel abroad for longer periods, and who will be residing in one particular place as well.

The longer stay in hotels is also possible but when we talk about the extended stay, the accommodations for long term, we usually looking for a place which can let you feel just like at home for the lesser rates. If you book a hotel, say for a month, you will be charging the same amount according to the staying rates of per night charges, doesn’t matter if you are staying one night for a great gala celebration or you are staying a month or two to treat it as a temporary accommodation. Here you won’t be ready to pay the huge amounts for those services of luxury 5 star hotels which you would hardly use during your month or so stay in hotel. Those services can be restaurants facility, pubs, bars, cuisine, scuba or anything you can’t use daily. But serviced apartments are just not like that. Serviced apartments are available in different budgets from luxury to cheap serviced apartments and one can choose from fully furnished apartments and semi furnished apartments according to his/her needs. Like in hotels, serviced apartments do not have a conventional restaurant, bars, pubs etc. but fully equipped (or serviced) apartments, including kitchenette area fitted with a fridge and dishwasher. Breakfasts and other meals, however, are available on request at serviced apartments. In serviced apartments the users have the facilities of a fitness gym and sauna; are provided with laundry services and housekeeping services are available weekly or on request.

Regular short-stay hotels have to bear the costs of running an in-house restaurant, room service personnel, daily housekeeping bills, etc. all of which means the customer pays higher over-the-counter prices.
