A serviced apartment is nothing but a kind of private accommodation which can be owned on rent for a day, month or for a year as well. However, serviced apartments are specifically created and designed for people who travel abroad for longer periods, and who will be residing in one particular place as well.

In serviced apartments the users have the facilities of a fitness gym and sauna; are provided with laundry services and housekeeping services are available weekly or on request.
Regular short-stay hotels have to bear the costs of running an in-house restaurant, room service personnel, daily housekeeping bills, etc. all of which means the customer pays higher over-the-counter prices.
